  5. Informative message for waking up a DSWB

    In awaking message after hibernate, I just see that my DSWB is awaking up and it takes 30 minutes. but I dont know why it has been hibernated. As a user, I should know why my notebook has hibernated. My suggestion is a message like: "Because you have not used your DSWB for long time (1 month) your noteboook has hibernated. Now we are restoring/awaking it up again for you which takes 30 minutes"

  6. The dog messages (update and broken DSWB) are not look good, these can be designed better.

  7. Add ibmdbR to Notebooks and RStudio

    ibmdbR from CRAN should be deployed by default in RStudio and the Notebooks environments. Also you should provide some dashDB sample notebooks out of the box that make use of ibmdbR.

  8. Set PYTHONPATH for Jupyter

    I set a PYTHONPATH in my .bash_profile on my local computer and I can set the PYTHONPATH in Spyder, but I'm unable to do it in the dswb environment. I have a lot of modules and helpers that I use on numerous projects, so I'd like to be able to just run "import module" from any notebook.

  10. copying text strings

    copy and paste text strings from one notebook to another. This is not the same as copying and pasting cells from one notebook to another which I have already suggested.

    An ability to monitor current user process. I run matlab code that sometimes takes a long time. And I don't know exactly what's taking this long. So a bit of an insight would be good

  20. Search button next to the Search field

    Search button next to searchbox

    Having to hit [Enter] after typing something in the searchbox is not intuitive. The New Notebook button looks like a Search button, but doesn't search.
