Add basic file/directory management, so that we can easily create/delete directories on the workbench and move/copy files and directories around.

add some more sample data such as Washington Crime Labs data used in the spark summit east essentials track
Went thru training this week where we used scala to operate on the Washington crime labs data.
sc.textFile("dbfs:/mnt/training-write/essentials/pagecounts/staging/")
have already moved my code just need to the data to the data bricks labs on DSW

Search button next to the Search field
Search button next to searchbox
Having to hit [Enter] after typing something in the searchbox is not intuitive. The New Notebook button looks like a Search button, but doesn't search.
