   Is your csv file of type csv - UTF 8? If so please try and save it as the normal CSV type and then try. I have never been able to upload a csv of type UTF 8

   Hi Syed.. Am also a user and have had this problem quite few times myself and it resolves within a day. It might mostly be due to maintenance or updates. I guess the only way around is to wait and try at a later time. As long as you save your session using save.image() function before terminating your IDE, your data will be saved
