  4. Specify why you import each library

It is not clear which library to import for each case. Could you add a note saying: "we import Pandas for xyz reason"... "we import scikitlearn for xyz reason" and so on. Otherwise, I just have to learn blindly.

  8. Update Lab 1 Values

    Re: BD0211EN - Lab 1
Currently the path to the working directory is written as
    /resources/jupyter/labs/BD0211EN
    the correct path is
    /resources/jupyterlab/labs/BD0211EN

Also, the ReadMe.md file I extracted contains 98 lines and thus readme.count() returns 98. The notebook says it should be 103.

  11. Include a platform program that transparently handles calculations with numbers with uncertainties

    Hi! I`m chemist!

Can you include this package to Jupyter Notebook, Python?
    https://pythonhosted.org/uncertainties/index.html

To calculate uncertainties in measurements, in chemistry we use symbolic algebra packages such as Matlab or Maple.

However, I would like our students to be able to migrate to the cloud

  13. Improve lab

The lab doesn't actually show the plot in Machine learning, Module2
    Lab1.
I tried adding plt.show(), still nothing.

  14. pdf-to-image library

I'm testing Python pdf-to-image solutions . Many of these solutions rely on Wand (http://docs.wand-py.org/en/0.2-maintenance/index.htmlhttp://docs.wand-py.org/en/0.2-maintenance/index.html). Wand is a ctypes-based simple ImageMagick binding for Python. One can install it with pip but it requires MagickWand library. This requires:

    apt-get install libmagickwand-dev

    Can this library be added?

  15. Enable public sharing of Jupyter Notebooks

I'm studying data science and would like to share my interactive notebooks with my classmates and professor.
I've tried clicking on Share->Github:Gist and could log in, but then nothing happens, nothing gets generated in my Gist area.

In the ad video on your homepage I saw an option to share with a link - would you be adding this hosting option in the future? This would be great!

  20. Preinstall seaborn for Python

seaborn is the most popular charting tools for Python to produce decent charts. The majority of serious charts are produced from or touched-up by it, so it make sense to preinstall it.
