Notebooks do not load
When loading a notebook (even an empty one), I see the loading icon spin for many minutes then receive the error: "Notebook Load Failed: We were not able to load the notebook you requested. Click here to try again."
Is there an issue with my account profile?

Hi Rav,
Thank you for the quick reply and the link! The problem seems to have been fixed, I am now able to load both of the two notebooks that I tried and did not have success with last week.
Thanks!

hi Laura,
could you try the workaround in this article:
http://support.datascientistworkbench.com/knowledgebase/articles/1096363-starting-jupyter-notebooks-but-even-after-5-min-dIf it still doesn't work please open a ticket.

I am facing the same problem. When I click on Jupyter notebook it keeps on loading and never loads. I opened a support ticket yesterday and got an automated feedback through email.
But the problem is still present.
I am a beginner and want to explore lab exercises at the end of each module to have better understanding. But it is blocking me.
Thanks

@gachet, you should open a support ticket by clicking Contact Support on the right. We're aware of the new issue and are currently rolling out a fix. Opening a support ticket will doubly ensure that your workbench is included in the fix.
