Text Needs Clarification by Subject Matter Expert Whose Primary Language is English
They way the text is worded in the labs makes the concepts very difficult to comprehend. For instance, the text "If we don't pass start its considered 0" is given on Python Numby Slicing. This is a very confusing statement compounded by bad grammar ("its" instead of "it's"). It should be reworded to something along the lines of, "If we do not pass a value for the start position, the slice will start at index 0"

Code Consistency
There are multiple inconsistencies between the code written in each lesson for html / css / js. The lessons refer back to each other, expecting you to have parts already built. However the directions and reference keys are not consistent.

Tickangle of chart axes
On plotly.express Bar Chart example. It might be great to show how to change the direction of the text. I also did this in another exercise. For example, before creating the bar chart with the line fix.show() you can use fig.update_xaxes(tickangle=-90) and that will flip the direction of the states, which makes more sense (to me) to ready this way.

Unable to generate apps in CV studio and unable to complete my course
Please fix CV Studio! We (all learners with IBM Labs) just had to wait for two weeks to have it problem for notebook access solved, and now I can´t still proceed with the course because CV studio tool to generate apps is not working. Every time I try to create a new app with the trained models, it creates nothing. It has been very frustrating to spend so much time trying to find out what is happening from tools that do not work, when we all have so busy days.
