The lab says "We are experiencing a temporary issue"
Dear IBM support, please kindly fix the issue with the lab environment not loading and showing the message "We are experiencing a temporary issue". Is this due to the LAB server being overloaded with student sessions? Or is this due to service maintenance? Please be specific and provide ETA by sending email or displaying on the website. This causes a lot of inconvenience due to lack of feedback and unknown time of issue resolution. I filed an issue with the Coursera help desk, but they were helpless. Then I realized this is a separate IBM Lab issue and the Coursera has little to do with this. Would you please look into this issue and resolve it. Also please kindly prevent this from happening in the future. I attach a screenshot of the issue. Thank you for your time and efforts! Best regards!

I'm experiencing this with 3 different skills network labs:
- Hands-on Activity: Modernize JPetStore with Microservices
- Hands-on Lab: Creating a Swagger Documentation for REST API
- Optional: Hands-on Lab: Querying with GraphQLand probably many more. I've been waiting for over 24 hours

This is a critical for me as well. It is not possible to pass neither practice labs nor final assignments. Just a waste of time and money.
