    Support team,

    The Jupyter lab not loading is killing me. With every passing day, I am falling behind my learning schedule.
    Majority of the time, the syptoms are as following:
    1. Spinnig wheel stops after 2-3 minutes
    2. JupyterLab console opens with left hand menu bar, but nothing else happens. The message at the bottom is "transfering data from juypterlab-1-labs.prod-juypterlab-us-east-1.labs.cognitiveclass.ai....
    3. I try to open Jupyter notebook from the left hand menu, and still nothing happens.

    I have cleared the cache of firefox.

    I cannot use private mode, as Jupyterlab tells me that it does not which party has referred me.

    I need advice urgently. Please consider.

    I am using Firefox ver 78.13.0esr on Microsoft Windows [Version 10.0.18363.1734]
