Skills Network Labs (SN Labs) is available for exclusive use by the learners registered at one of the learning portals on the IBM Developer Skills Network. One example of such a portal is CognitiveClass.ai. Your organization may have its own portal.

Because SN Labs is available only to the learners using Skills Network, you have to be registered as a learner on your portal to be able to use SN Labs. Once registered and enrolled in a course you may find Start Lab or similar button or link that will bring you in to a the tool you will need to complete your hands-on lab.
