Internal server error occured while opening cognitive class

Two days and Cognitive Class is showing Internal error for any and every course you try to access. Hope this will be resolved soon?

Happening with me as well. Completed the final exam, but not able to get the certificate and progress tab shows - "There has been a 500 error on the Cognitive Class servers". Please resolve this at the earliest. Thanks.!

Once I completed my final exam in Data Analysis with Python, I was looking for my certificate and badges in the course. All of a sudden it showed some error 500 and everything stopped working. I can't even access the progress tab now. Kindly look into this matter at the earliest so that I can proceed with my learning in the Cognitive Class platform.

Facing internal server error

Hi Team,
I am unable to login to the cognitiveclass and receiving the error as Internal server error.

Non of the labs in R 101 course are working. I did a few things to test but labs still displayed 500 internal server error.

1. I opened previously completed labs, but they failed.
2. I used different browsers.
3. Open the labs in a separate tab
4. I tested labs on Windows and Mac and they failed.

Please help resolve this issue.

Hi,
I had been getting a 502 status error code as well.
Restarting the RStudio program eliminated this error.
Did you try restarting once?
