I keep getting the error (see attached) stating that my account is under deletion, and I have had this error for 3 months without any resolution.
I have tried contacting support, I have message 1 every month since the error first showed, and there has been absolutely no response. The service has been appalling, no one has acknowledge messages and my assignments have been overdue because of this. The service needs to be far better, support is not good enough at all.
