banned in error
I was working on the Network Labs of Unit 3 of the course "Data Visualization with Python", when it stopped running the code. After restart the kernel, and later the site, a message appeareared telling me that I've been banned for "inappropriate activity".
As I was acting properly, I would presume that a bug, mistake or connection issue had made this happen, so I'll ask you if can fix this.

The message says "If you think you have been banned in error, please open a support ticket.", but I found no way to create a ticket.
Have you ever regained access?
I'm having the same issue. 14 days ago I started getting the "inappropriate activity" message. I've opened 3 support tickets and get 0 responses so far.
It's embarrassing how IBM is ignoring users.
Edit: It's been more than 2 months since I've been banned (incorrectly). Still, no contact from IBM (more than 6 tickets created so far). I can't continue my Coursera course because of that.
