jupyter lab has connection problem

the message 'ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT' is occurred. (South Korea)

jupyterlab-6-labs-prod-jupyterlab-us-east-0.labs.cognitiveclass.ai’s server IP address could not be found.

I am having the same issue with Jupyter labs https://labs.cognitiveclass.ai/tools/jupyterlab/lab/tree/labs/PY0101EN/PY0101EN-3-2-Loops.ipynb it will not open and I continue to get the 502 error.
Please fix.

I have the same problem. developer skills network opens the home page only but no notebook seems to work !!!
