Once I completed my exam on the course Data Analysis with Python, there occurred an error. I could neither get my certificate nor the badge. I tried looking for my progress and it showed an error message like this:"There has been a 500 error on the Cognitive Class servers". I don't know how to proceed further as I am unable to access my progress info. Kindly look into this matter and please sort it out so that I can go on with the Cognitive Platform.

Today I'm getting the following message: "Starting Jupyter Notebook. This will take 2-3 minutes", but it takes forever and nothing happens! Hope they solve this problem soon, I'm trying to use Jupyter Notebook since Friday. :(

I have the same problem. As far as I can tell there is a general problem with the Jupyter Notebooks. I get the error 500 whether I use Firefox or Chrome, on Win or Mac OS X platforms. It's happening for me on 2 different Cognitive Class courses. I have submitted a support request, I hope they resolve it soon!
