How can we improve Jupyter Notebooks in the IBM | Data Scientist Workbench?

  1. IBM skills

    I keep getting the error (see attached) stating that my account is under deletion, and I have had this error for 3 months without any resolution.

    I have tried contacting support, I have message 1 every month since the error first showed, and there has been absolutely no response. The service has been appalling, no one has acknowledge messages and my assignments have been overdue because of this. The service needs to be far better, support is not good enough at all.

  2. Unable to create new cells using instructions from Lab - Jupyter Notebook - The Basics

    The instructions for Exercise 3 - Create new cells, do not seem to be valid anymore and need to be updated.
    Step 2 states From the menu, click on Insert, then Insert Cell Above or Insert Cell Below. Which menu is being referred to? There does not seem to be a menu called Insert that is visible.
    Step 3 states to use the keyboard shortcuts: [a] - Insert a Cell Above; [b] - Insert a Cell Below. Selecting a cell and pressing a or b does not seem to perform any action.

    Hi, I cannot access Jupyter Notebook in the Skills Network virtual lab environment available through Coursera. Looking at the other posts, I reckon it's not an issue just for me. Plese fix. Thank you.

  14. Can't open Jupyter Notebooks from the Coursera Data Science course on skills Network Lab. Keeping getting a "500 Internal Server Error".

    I keep getting this error (either when autosave runs or when I manually save the file):
    File Save Error for <filename>
    The quota has been exceeded.

    This behavior started yesterday (June 5), prior to that there was no issue.
