  1. OAuth2 server asks for empty permissions

    I ran into this small usability issue. When I logged in with my user (cangiano) the OAuth2 server asked me to approve special permissions, only to fail to show me the list of required permissions. Clicking "Allow" lets you through, but it might be confusing for some users. Furthermore the "Save Consent" option doesn't appear to actually save the consent at the next login.

    See https://www.evernote.com/l/AAG97TbetTNMSImxEpixDDCN5X0QvxhySbI for reference.

  5. Install Ta-lib

    I follow the knowledge base suggestion to install Ta-lib: !conda install -c quantopian ta-lib --yes

    However, I encountered the following error messages.

    Solving environment: failed

    UnsatisfiableError: The following specifications were found to be in conflict:
    - scikit-learn==0.20.1
    - ta-lib
    - tensorflow==1.8.0
    Use "conda info <package>" to see the dependencies for each package.

    Can you tell me how to solve this problem?

    Thank you

  8. Jupyter notebook doesn't connect to the kernel

    Jupyter notebook when opened in labs for TEnsorflow training, the kernel is not connected and keeps retrying to connect to the kernel.
    I think the kernel is an IBM system and it is blocked from the websense of my organization network.
    Can you please provide the URL for the kernel so that I can raise a request to my IT team to bypass the URL/domain(s) so as to connect to the kernel successfully.
    Please supply the complete url containing the domain and subdomains, specifically.
    Thanks.

  9. Import Torchvision libraries cause error

    Despite Torchvision librairy is correctly installed (conda list show the package as 0.2.1 version), the import (ie "import torchvision.transforms as transforms") cause an error ("cannot import name 'PILLOW_VERSION'"). Tried to install a newer version of Torchvision (0.4.2) but cause another error.

  11. ' HTTP Error 403: Forbidden'

    I keep on getting ' HTTP Error 403: Forbidden' every time i try to import a csv file into JupyterLab. This only occurred recently, I've had no problems before. This is true for chrome and explorer.

  12. /bin/sh: 1: conda: not found

    I'm getting below error:
    !conda -- version

    /bin/sh: 1: conda: not found

    This used to work. What is missing?
    Please provide exact fix steps as I'm a real newbie.

  14. Actively running notebook sometimes get oddly moved to "Recent Data"

    Happens in Python (not sure about R), but sometimes when I am running a cell, as it is processing, the notebook in the sidebar "jumps" from "Recent Notebooks" to "Recent Data". The kernel remains active.

    I will try to post a sample script that is reproducible, but right now this issue appears very inconsistently.

  15. Once I open "See all notebooks" or "See all data", I can never close the tab again

    In the sidebar, if I click on "See all notebooks" or "See all data", it opens a new tab called "Search - type notebook".

    Once this is opened, there is no way to close it.

  17. Discussion on Jupyter Notebook labs

    I would like to open a discussion about the working materials in the Jupyter Notebook labs. About the quality, the positive or negative remarks. Also, about some parts that are a bit unexplained or can be done differently. In other words, my idea is to post some feedbacks about the Jupyter Notebook labs.
