How can we improve Jupyter Notebooks in the IBM | Data Scientist Workbench?

  2. Unable to open Coursera JupyterLab

    I can no longer access Courser JupyterLab: https://labs.cognitiveclass.ai/tools/jupyterlab/lab/tree/labs/DL0321EN/DL0321EN-2-1-Data-Preparation-py-v1.0.ipynb for the course https://www.coursera.org/learn/ai-deep-learning-capstone/home/welcome.
    The error I receive is
    "502 Bad Gateway
    The server returned an invalid or incomplete response."

  3. Jupyterlab not loading

    Hi there,

    After clicking JupyterLab link.
    Starting Docker Container message is displayed. And then Blank screen is displayed. PSA

    Please guide to start JupyterLab and start using Jupyter Notebooks.

  5. 502 bad Gateway error while trying to connect with jupyterLab

    Hi,
    Since yesterday after running a few commands I am getting 502 bad gateway error again & again and not able to connect to the jupyterLab now. Stuck with my project, please suggest....!!

  7. Give students the code in .ipynb files to store locally rather than hosting them in a faulty cloud service

    IF

    1. This service is being paid for
    2. Your Jupyter Notebooks service is often down
    3. The course is paid for on a monthly basis (Time = Money)

    THEN

    You should provide the .ipynb files for student to store on their own device to complete lab sessions

    ELSE

    Respond to user queries/ Get it fixed quick

    AND

    Refund everyone for the time the service is down/intermittent.

    OR

    Provide the service at no cost.

  8. Unable to "Open Tool", Start Lab Environment to open Jupyter Notebook - Databases and SQL for Data Science with Python

    I am currently unable to load the Jupyter Notebook. When I click on the "Open Tool" button for the Peer-Reviewed Assignment on week 5, it brings me to a page with "Please wait while we prepare to start your lab environment." and a loading circle. It loads for very long (might have been more than an hour) and does not come up with an error message. I have tried using different browsers, cleared my cookies, used incognito mode, and changed my internet connection. It still does not work. Please help. Thank you.

  9. Unable to access Labs from Coursera

    Keep on getting 500 Internal Server Error.

    Have cleared cache and cookies.

    Have tried private mode and a different browser.

    Coursera isn't being that helpful.

    UPDATE:

    I created a profile on cognitive class and tried to access through there, also not working.

  10. unable to share notebook on github

    unable to "share on github" from jupyter, github returns a "404 not found page" so you're using an old OAUTH link - please fix this, this was working before

  11. Notebooks do not load

    When loading a notebook (even an empty one), I see the loading icon spin for many minutes then receive the error: "Notebook Load Failed: We were not able to load the notebook you requested. Click here to try again."

    Is there an issue with my account profile?

  13. WHEN i click on open tool to open my jupyter notebook . It shows 500 internal server error . And its still showing the same error

    This error has hampered my progress . 500 internal error is poping up everytime i open the jupyter labs . Please resolve this as soon as possible . As my course needs to be completed on time

  18. banned in error

    Hello,
    I was working on the Network Labs of Unit 3 of the course "Data Visualization with Python", when it stopped running the code. After restart the kernel, and later the site, a message appeareared telling me that I've been banned for "inappropriate activity".
    As I was acting properly, I would presume that a bug, mistake or connection issue had made this happen, so I'll ask you if can fix this.

  20. Cannot open Jupyter Notebooks and connot contact support because the link goes nowhere

    It stays forever on loading. Already tried incognito and eliminated cookies but with no sucess. Tried to contact support "Contact support" is unclickable
