7. Jupyter notebook does not load.

   I continue to have difficulty in loading of Jupyter notebook. Today I have tried multiple times to work with my Python lab and am just frustrated.

   The link https://labs.cognitiveclass.ai/tools/jupyterlab/lab/tree/labs/PY0101EN/PY0101EN-3-3-Functions.ipynb?lti=true does not take me to Jupyter note book, neither does clicking on the Jupyter notebook icon in the left menu bar.

   I have been trying to study for last one and half hours but have only achieved waste of time.

   Please help

16. Complaint/ Unhappy student

    Hi there!
    Please find the following attachment to see the error that I have been facing in all other labs and assignments. I joined this course with so much motivation and enthusiasm but there are plenty of issues with all other related courses for IBM DATA SCIENCE PROFESSIONAL CETIFICATE.I have almost finished the previous two courses for Databases and SQL for Data Science and Data Analysis with Python but unfortunately I am stuck with their final Peer assignment for the very same reason, same error that has completely put me off with this Course and IBM itself. My mistake i didn't believe the review for this whole certificate courses which have addressed similar problems wit your lab and python notebook assignments, wrong links and URL, Problem with videos etc.I have addressed my issues and problems on discussions forums as well but there was absolutely no response or help from any teaching staff or mentor. Kindly resolve these issues. I joined the course by trusting the name "IBM" but the unprofessionalism has left me very disappointed. In SQL assignment, few code cells are running and few are either without an output or with the error.
