improve response times
I've been INCORRECTLY banned 10 days ago. I've tried several times to contact you for the removal of the ban and I'm still waiting.
10 days without studying is compromising my due dates and jeopardizing my course.
So my suggestion is that you improve response times for this kinds of problems. I'm stuck here and can't advance any further.
I've been incorrectly banned since Sept. 17. I've created 6 tickets so far. No contact from IBM, only the automatic "Thanks for the message, we'll get back to you as soon as possible!".
