While opening ungraded external tool after completing videos it is showing You have been banned from Skills Network Labs for inappropriate activity. How to fix issue. Kindly help me out for fixing the issue.

I've also been incorrectly banned since Sept. 17. I've created 6 tickets so far. No contact from IBM, only the automatic "Thanks for the message, we'll get back to you as soon as possible!".
It's unbelievable!
