Terrible back-end class management
A large number of people are attempting to take IBM based classes on Coursera. However we are experiencing DAILY (yes every lousy day) outages.
files missing.
504 gateway errors
failures to load the jupyter files.
the only answer is "Labs are migrating due to which the issue comes up"
Sorry. But that is a lame and inexcusable answer. The python class along has had issues going back 10 days. 10 DAYS!!!
people are paying for this class. What level of incompetence must be at play behind the scenes for this to go on 10 days!
PLEASE PLEASE stop these migrations. either take the entire classes offline. or Use common sense can perform offline migrations and test them first before cutting over.
will IBM be reimbursing people for lost time on these classes? I think not. So stop wasting our time. Stop messing with the online content for these classes.
