If you get a chance try and download all of your relevant notebooks and just go to: https://jupyter.org/try and click on the widget for "jupyter labs" and work on your data there.

It seems to be loading a bit with enough time to download them before crashing again..... but I'm pretty turned off to the fact that it's still kicking me off and glitching pretty bad today. A lot of us have things we need to have work on or some of us actually paid money. It's a bit unfortunate that IBM/support isn't giving anyone answers or even bothering to make a clear announcement anywhere. Hopefully some of you see this and manage to get your data downloaded so you can try this instead. This obviously won't work for you if you are unfortunate to not get it to load. Good luck!
