Jupyter Notebook still not accessible
This is extremely disappointing and frustrating.
The problem is PERSISTENT, and I don't understand why ADMIN marked all previous reports reagrding 500s errors completed when NOTHING has been fixed
I PAID to enroll in course offered by IBM, yet i can't access a single lab on this platform. The support team seems like they don't give a **** about the situation and ignores everyone's complaints
oh i have a solution...check your chrome browser security&privacy for enhanced protection ON if it is ON change to the Standard protection
same problems its showing url might has changed please chk it asap
Having similar issues with the Python Basics for Data Science class. About midway through the course the quizzes no longer load... just spin in the Kernel | Initializing state. Lame. Do better... we are paying for this garbage!

I am about to give... juggling between a non-responsive systems, gateway error and Jupyter Lab not running messages. I move entirely to a local solution again with either Anaconda or for professional use to IBM Watson.
Can only recommend to the same.

My problem has been fixed by using Firefox instead of Chrome.
Since a long time ago, so hard study on coursera. What happened on IBM labs? Anyone can tell?

The Jupyter Notebook has been consistently lagging from day one. I'm amazed to see this level of serivce from a company that I've always admired highly, and I'm glad that I didn't pay personally for this course.

I have a problem when I use the button in the middle of the screen for Jupyter- but when I select from the left-hand menu - it fired up for me today. (using chrome)

I agree. I have the same issue on firefox, chrome, on my windows pc. I tried on my mac and the same issue.

I had the same problem on Chrome, but i cleared my cookies and web cache and now it's working again. You can all try this!

This is not cool. I left one course incomplete and switch the another course, because RStudio IDE stopped working, and now this.
How can we finally get this to work?

Same issue here, I thought it was my computer, but no...Hope is going to be fixed, IBM Data Science course is not cheap and depends on that

Same problem, have tried opening the tool on 3 different computers and my phone with the same results, here's the error code I receive after the spawn fails:
