Has anybody figured out how to install Arpack for Julia?
So far I could not get past this issue that is described here:
https://github.com/JuliaLinearAlgebra/Arpack.jl/issues/5
without Arpack, Julia's computational ability is hugely limited. If there is not a workaround then people should address this.
