Hello, I'm currently in the "Hands-on Lab: Practice Querying Real World Datasets" section. I have repeatedly been given an error message and I can't move forward. Please assist as soon as possible since I have already been delayed due to this hiccup. I have attached a screenshot of the error message. Many thanks in advance.

I cannot open Jupyter Lab environment.. It gets stuck on "We need more time than usual to prepare your lab. We're migrating you to our new storage system." it has been trying for a day now.. What should i do?

They are not fixing the issue, the time is going on but they are not bothered about the fee what we pay, fix the issue soon and give the extra time as how much day your issues is been going i want that much day without charging.
Doesn't seem fixed. I'm falling behind even more that Jupyter Lab section is not working. It falsely has a green completed checkmark next to that section now, but i have not been able to get in like frenkelishay and lucas-00780. Internal error 500 etc. Its creating a backlog, making me fall behind in studying. ive been paying for months of these certificate programs. Please fix and credit/refund my monthly for this setback.
This wasn't fixed. I am facing the same issue, and I'm paying for the certificate. It's unreasonable you marked this issue as complete, when we don't get this issue resolved for more than a week, not being able to learn, or get what we paid for.
I think we all deserve a free month to continue studying on Coursera.
500 internal server error. I cant take my class now. I'm just wasting my time... Please fix the LAB

500 internal server error displaying when trying to open Labs from Coursera. Hasn't worked for the last two days I've tried logging in. I've seen the same issue in the past also.
