create folder not working
The "create folder" is not working. I've tried both Chrome and IE, neither works.

This sounds like a bug and not a suggestion for a feature. Have you created a support ticket?

Click it in Chrome, will get window darkened, but nothing else is happening.
Click it in IE, will trigger nothing at all.
