File and Directory management
Add basic file/directory management, so that we can easily create/delete directories on the workbench and move/copy files and directories around.

Why it is NOT part of MyData part of the site? My Data is not useful at all with ability to import complex data structure - spread across multiple folders.

In some way you can do this already through RStudio. But it should be a generic concept, yes.
Btw, in dashDB we have just started to release such generic REST API: https://developer.ibm.com/clouddataservices/wp-content/themes/projectnext-clouddata/dashDB/
Not complete yet, but it allows to browse and download files from users directories. -

Though there is an option opening the RStudio to organise my files/directory, ability to do inside the Workbench would be desirable.
