  1. Access Developed Model via Web Services

    Hi All,

As a feature request I would like to request that the tool or model built through the Data Scientist Workbench to be accessible through web service and API calls.

I compare this solution to Microsoft Azure's Machine Learning Studio and they have a nice feature called "Publish Web Services". This allows the data scientist to share their model to accept user's data and return prediction. This fits nicely to the direction of anything as a service.

    Thanks,
    Yin

  2. Search should jump to the right cell

If I use the search and click to the result it only open the Notebook and not the line or cell with the search result.
I still need to use the browser search to find the right line.

    Thanks,
    Axel

  3. Hide workspace.json from Recent Data

    Hide workspace.json

workspace.json is a file that sometimes shows up in Recent Data. It's an internal application data file that's confusing to me as an end user.

Recent Data should never show workspace.json

  4. Available for free?

This is an interesting tool. I'd like to know if it will be available for free in the future, or the costs if there will be any

  6. copying text strings

copy and paste text strings from one notebook to another. This is not the same as copying and pasting cells from one notebook to another which I have already suggested.

  7. editing and view

After editing and saving a notebook allow view to revert to normal without having to close, halt and re-open.

  8. Set PYTHONPATH for Jupyter

I set a PYTHONPATH in my .bash_profile on my local computer and I can set the PYTHONPATH in Spyder, but I'm unable to do it in the dswb environment. I have a lot of modules and helpers that I use on numerous projects, so I'd like to be able to just run "import module" from any notebook.

  11. I'd like a Chrome extension that allows me to import raw notebooks from Github (or elsewhere) at the click of a button

I am taking an online course that hosts its .ipynb notebooks on Github. With a Chrome extension, I'd like to be able to easily import these notebooks into DSWB because it's free and I don't need to install anything.

  16. Auto parenthesises and quotations in Jupyter notebook

Please bring back the default behaviour of auto parenthesises and quotations in Jupyter notebook, access to cumston.js would even be better.

  17. When URL is shared, its better we make it target audience authorised, that means if some one else opens that URL, they can not open it excep

Once a URL is shared to a person or group, other people other than the person or group which this URL is intended should nto accept. Basically one to one sharing option to be implemented. thanks
