  1. create tutorial for using RStudio Shiny in DSWB

    I know that Shiny is now included in the DSWB RStudio but there is no information on how to use it. A tutorial would be very nice.

  2. Interactive Visualizations on Jupyter

    It would be great to have a way to do interactive visualizations (zoom-in and so on) inside your jupyter notebook? I have tried %matplotlib notebook but it is not working. Is there a way to do it as off today? If not, are there plans to incorporate this? It would be very cool to have this feature.

  3. I need to drag and drop my datasets into "My Data"

    I need to be able to drag and drop my .csv, .json and .zip into "My Data" folder.

  4. I need a "REFRESH" button for current folder in "My Data"

    I have saved a data set using python in Jupyter notebook, but I dont see the file in myfolder unless I refresh the browser. Having a refresh button in the current folder helps.

  5. Add wordcloud package on RStudio

    I try to do install.packages in RStudio and it is not working. This is the error:
    ERROR: compilation failed for package ‘wordcloud’

    Anyway I think it would be nice to include this package pre-installed.

  6. Hide left menu bar

    The menu bar on the left is too big. There should be an option to hide it (not just minimize). The reason is work space on the page not enough when I work on a small screen, tablet or phone. Portable tool should be main reason people like to select to use for cloud platform.

  7. Provide ability to clear the Recent Data view

    The Recent Data panel on the bottom right retains items, even after the underlying files are deleted. The view becomes so cluttered, I can't easily find the data files that I need. Would like the ability to completely clear all the files that show up in that section (so I can start over). Deleting each file individually from the view one by one, would take all day.

  8. Think less developer more end user.

    You are on to a good thing here keep it up. I haven't programmed since C64 and Basic but forced to since I've been tasked with making sense of 10gig of some messy PP and PM SAP data. Access and Excel just don't cut it. I've been on it for 2 months SOLID and won't go back to the usual Microsoft solutions for anything over a gig of data because this is perfect but you need to shorten this learning curve. My bosses are on my back. I love the low level flexibility but it would be nice to have…

  11. Please correct a minor typo in variable for Lab - Vector and Factors.ipynb

    Hello team,
    On the In[20] it says 'year' instead of 'release_year':
    year[c("American Beauty", "Chicago")]

    So when the shift+enter is pressed an error is produced in the Out[20], so I tried with:
    release_year[c("American Beauty", "Chicago")] and the output is good now...

  12. Jupyter should integrate a way to open View() like it does in Rstudio. This would be very convenient if you want to see data in table view!

    Opens spreadsheet in another window where you can scroll up and down on the datasheet.

  17. I sould be able to access the cognitive class files from seahorse

    I just doing the Data Science Hands-On lab and it is not possible to the give data sample with is provided in the videos.
    Because the download over http does not work or the server does not allow the download.

    I was wondering why can I not just upload a own file to cognitive and us this file directly inside seahorse?

    I did something wrong or is the an enhancement?

  18. fixes in Zeppelin Notebook for Python Tutorial

    I believe there are typos in the Python Tutorial notebook where it says "zeppline" instead of zeppelin. Also the link for More Info in the 2nd cell doesn't work.
