  2. Jupyter Notebook still not accessible

    This is extremely disappointing and frustrating.

    The problem is PERSISTENT, and I don't understand why ADMIN marked all previous reports reagrding 500s errors completed when NOTHING has been fixed

    I PAID to enroll in course offered by IBM, yet i can't access a single lab on this platform. The support team seems like they don't give a **** about the situation and ignores everyone's complaints

  3. 500 internal error

    Hello, since last friday, when I want to start Zeppelin or RStudio or other notebooks from BigData Univ courses I receive 500 internal error,
    I cleared browser cache, but it not helped,
    can someone help me, pls?

  4. The lab says "We are experiencing a temporary issue"

    Dear IBM support, please kindly fix the issue with the lab environment not loading and showing the message "We are experiencing a temporary issue". Is this due to the LAB server being overloaded with student sessions? Or is this due to service maintenance? Please be specific and provide ETA by sending email or displaying on the website. This causes a lot of inconvenience due to lack of feedback and unknown time of issue resolution. I filed an issue with the Coursera help desk, but they were helpless.   5. I would like to see the ability to display Spatial Data on a map. Points/Polygons/Locations/Distances/Clustering etc.

    There needs to be a service that can display large data sets on a map. This service would be similar in nature to the application QGIS. The elements that should be able to be displayed would be point locations/polygons/line of points etc. Colors should be able to be assigned to different types of data based on criteria specified. An example is attached.

  8. Enable easy hosting of shiny apps on shinyapps.io service (http://www.shinyapps.io)

    When you create a shiny app using R Studio and R Shiny on a desktop PC/MAC environment - from within R Studio you can publish your app to the web using R Studio's shinyapps.io hosting service so anyone can access your app using only a browser.

    It would be useful for this functionality [that is, ability to post shiny apps to shinyapps.io from with R Studio the same way it is done from a desktop environment - which is essentially by clicking a publish application button in R Studio] within R Studio to be seamlessly available in IBM Data Science…

  9. RStudio IDE button not available

    I'm currently facing a problem while taking an IBM course on Coursera. I need RStudio IDE, but its button is not available. I only have access to JupyterLab and Zeppelin Notebook. Hope I'm not the only one with this issue and it can be fixed.

  10. Here is an Idea... FIX YOUR HARDWARE AND SOFTWARE

    I've been getting 502 Bad Gateway Errors these errors for well over a year doing labs on cognitiveclass.ai and now through Coursera. You think someone would have fixed it by now - especially given the number of people enrolled in the various data science classes offered.

  12. "Find Data" menu not appearing

    On the right column, I'm looking for "Find Data" menu in order to access IBM Analytics Exchange and Open Data, but they don´t appear.
    I have been trying in several way but I can´t get them appear.
    What should I do?

  15. Cheat Sheet Tool

    Hello. I guess that would be nice to have a Cheat Sheet Tool embedded in the Data Scientist Workbench. One example of an online tool that I use is https://www.cheatography.com. There are many Cheat Sheet available, but it's always good to be able to create your own Cheat Sheet with things you believe is relevant for your study/research.

  19. I'd like to see video lectures within a notebook so I can type and run code while I watch lectures

    Every online course on programming tells me to download a notebook and run it on Continuum.io (Jupyter). Why can't I watch a video and practice coding at the same time? I'd like to be able to have a notebook open so I can try coding while I watch a video lecture. Better yet, there are many meetup recordings out there on programming, data science, and big data. I wish I could rewatch them with a notebook open -- all in the same interface.
