    More than an idea it is a suggestion.
    SNL is a great platform for educational purpose but it is really hard to stay focus when it has such poor performances as those I am experiencing in these days attending the IBM Data Science Professional Certificate on Coursera. Please solve these problems. Thank you! Federico Tomasi

  3. There's a slight mistake in the code

    As shown in the attached picture, the comment part of the code says that the stride will be made for indices 1, 3, 5 ... although it was made for the even indices 0, 2, 4 ....

  4. FIX IDE UNAVAILABILITIES!

    IBM Skills Network Labs MUST NOT BE SO UNSTABLE!
    Many people depend on it for their online courses!
    And support simply IGNORES complaints!!

    I cannot access Zeppelin because there is no tab for it; also there is no "My Data" tab. Please fix it.

  10. %20jupyterlab-2.labs.cognitiveclass.ai’s server IP address could not be found. - does anyone get this and how to resolve it?

    This is not the idea, but the issue where I cannot access Jupyter Notebooks. I can access RStudio, but I need Jupyter Notebooks for my Coursera course.

  12. My jupyter is not loading

    I just enrolled Machine Learning with Python: A Practical Introduction course on edx and i reached the 1st lab of module 1 which is Simple Linear Regression but i can't access the lab because it keep giving me error saying that IP address cannot be found.

    i also attached a picture of the error.I will be thankful if anybody has the solution for it,as i tried everything even cleared my browser cache.

  14. Terrible back-end class management

    A large number of people are attempting to take IBM based classes on Coursera. However we are experiencing DAILY (yes every lousy day) outages.

    files missing.
    504 gateway errors
    failures to load the jupyter files.

    the only answer is "Labs are migrating due to which the issue comes up"

    Sorry. But that is a lame and inexcusable answer. The python class along has had issues going back 10 days. 10 DAYS!!!

    people are paying for this class. What level of incompetence must be at play behind the scenes for this to go on 10 days!

    PLEASE PLEASE stop these migrations.…

  16. How about fixing what appears to be a fundamental problem with the notebooks?

    I tried accessing the Jupyter Notebook from EDX, so far unsuccessfully. Although a new user, I see a message that I am being migrated and it could take hours. What precisely is there to migrate for a new user? And judging by the number of complaints on this same issue, this appears to be a fundamental problem that is not being resolved.
    Any ideas?

    Describe my idea? I'm having problems accessing the labs for python for data science.
    Can this be fixed?

  20. Idea

    would be nice to have one list of all invoices. It is important especially in case where there are many subscriptions within one account.
    And this list should have invoice title on it, now there are only dates.
    Now it is very hard to find invoice using
