  5. Jupyter Notebook still not accessible

    This is extremely disappointing and frustrating.

    The problem is PERSISTENT, and I don't understand why ADMIN marked all previous reports reagrding 500s errors completed when NOTHING has been fixed

    I PAID to enroll in course offered by IBM, yet i can't access a single lab on this platform. The support team seems like they don't give a **** about the situation and ignores everyone's complaints

  6. cannot access JupyterLab for 'Python for Data Science, AI & Development' due to 500 server error.

    paying monthly for the IBM data science prof certification, but it is ******* annoying that the same issue keeps happening. wtf is wrong with their server. I am actually planning to cancel my subscription and ask for refund to coursera

  13. AI in chat Applications

    Peoples mental health can get affected by the offensive messages they receive. It will be good if chat applications can detect offensive or abusive messages and restrict users to send it.This feature can be added in whatsApp , FB messengers or in comment sections in FB. May be this feature can be implemented in multiple languages.

  15. Improve interface

    Connecting to Github doesn't seem to work with a 404 error. I log in, but nothing shared. Using Firefox.

    Interface feels clumsy and crowded to me.

    If you want to promote sharing with Github, it needs to be cleaner and clearer. Mine does not work. Perhaps list supported browsers or state that this lesson is no longer supported (ie. to make sure such connectivity works).

  17. Session refresh + timeout

    I'd like to suggest that a "refresh" button be setup in the UI in case previous sessions data interfere with current learning. This seems to be happening when the same lab is accessed with the same credentials after a period of hours. A narrower session timeout (perhaps 3, 6, certainly less than 10 hours) would also be nice. Containers forgotten running during interrupted sessions could be draining resources.

  18. Jupyter notebook does not load.

    I continue to have difficulty in loading of Jupyter notebook. Today I have tried multiple times to work with my Python lab and am just frustrated.

    The link https://labs.cognitiveclass.ai/tools/jupyterlab/lab/tree/labs/PY0101EN/PY0101EN-3-3-Functions.ipynb?lti=true does not take me to Jupyter note book, neither does clicking on the Jupyter notebook icon in the left menu bar.

    I have been trying to study for last one and half hours but have only achieved waste of time.

  19. improve response times

    I've been INCORRECTLY banned 10 days ago. I've tried several times to contact you for the removal of the ban and I'm still waiting.
    10 days without studying is compromising my due dates and jeopardizing my course.
    So my suggestion is that you improve response times for this kinds of problems. I'm stuck here and can't advance any further.

  20. Unable to Import Packages

    After following the Instructions for the Lab and after Installing All Libraries/Packages when I tried to import them, it gives an error.

    Example:

    import pandas as pd

    It will open a tab labeled "Problems" with the following:

    Unable to import 'pandas' pylint(import-error) [2, 1]
