So, should we get our money back?
I mean, i've been paying for the last 6 months only to be frustrated, at the capstone project, for not being able to finish this course...
Can we, at least, get an ETA on the fix?

Skills Network Labs has been facing to a temporary issue for 2 days. Hands on practices are therefore not available, the course cannot be done properly.

Dear IBM support, please kindly fix the issue with the lab environment not loading and showing the message "We are experiencing a temporary issue". Is this due to the LAB server being overloaded with student sessions? Or is this due to service maintenance? Please be specific and provide ETA by sending email or displaying on the website. This causes a lot of inconvenience due to lack of feedback and unknown time of issue resolution. I filed an issue with the Coursera help desk, but they were helpless. Cloud IDE not working
Hi!
Please, I am currently facing the following error in every Hands-on lab exercise and in other courses too. I have tried cleaning my browser cache and cookies, using another browser and restarting them but i did not obtain sucess. I used the IDE in the first two weeks of this course but since I joined the third one, the Cloud enviroment did not work anymore.
